SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, in the event of a stock discrepancy, we may not be able to fulfill all items in your order immediately. We will fulfill available products and contact you regarding any backordered items, offering the option to wait for restocking or process a refund. 

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of items in your order. The shipping charge will be displayed during checkout and collected with your purchase. This amount constitutes the final shipping cost to the customer. 

 

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

3.2 Warranty Returns: Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim. Upon receipt of items for warranty claim, we will process the claim within 7 days. Options for resolution include a refund to your payment method, store credit, or replacement item (subject to availability). 

 

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically: Domestic shipments typically take 3 - 14 days for delivery. 

4.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. 

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address: Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed. 

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. 

4.5 Items Out Of Stock: Orders containing out-of-stock items will be dispatched once all items are available. 

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded: If delivery time exceeds the forecasted period, please contact us for investigation. 

 

5. Tracking Notifications 

Customers will receive a tracking link upon dispatch to monitor shipment progress based on shipping provider updates. 

 

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it if possible and contact customer service. If delivered without your presence, notify us for further instructions. 

 

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to goods' prices as displayed on the website. 

 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy. 

 

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier's stated value. 

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit: Refund or replacement is processed after courier investigation. 

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit: Refund or replacement is processed upon confirmation of parcel loss by the courier.
