HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
We Offer 5 year warranty on Electric Motor. Should you face any problems, we will recall the machine and replace the motor free of cost or send a new machine.
DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENTS?
NutriGrind parts are easily available and replaceable. If required, parts can be easily ordered and replaced.
HOW LONG WILL THE STONES LAST?
The Natural Stones can last a lifetime. The Corundum stones can last from 5 to 10 years or more depending on on use. Should you face any issues, you may contact us we will be happy to solve any issues. NOTE: No dressing of stones is required.
WILL YOU PROVIDE DETAILED OPERATIONS GUIDE?
Operations manual as well as best use guidelines are included with the NutriGrind Package on purchase. Also included are cleaning brush, dust collector cloth x2, allen key driver, and hopper cover.
